Soothing the Savage Beast

They say that music soothes the savage beast, and that is exactly what the P-38s aim to do with our Sci-Fi Jazz; whether that beast be a charming pig, mad cow, or a hostile swarm of bees. In our travels through space and time we have learned a few things along the way when it comes to soothing beasts. In addition to the hot tracks we have compiled in our latest album Funk Zone, we have discovered a few other means of soothing the beast. Below please find our recipe for Sizzling Southwest Spinach Soufflé. Sizzling Southwest Spinach Soufflé Ingredients: 4 cups frozen chopped spinach 16 oz. small curd cottage cheese One chopped onion 12 eggs 1 lb. cubed pepper jack cheese Salt/pepper Directions: Preheat oven to 350f. degrees. Beat eggs, add spinach, cheeses and onion, salt/pepper. Pour into 3 liter casserole dish. Garnish with2 small chile peppers. Bake until golden at edges (approx 40 min.). Allow 10 minutes for casserole to set up before cutting and serving.
